About the Book

The AI Revolution Will Not Be Televised is an award-winning Afrofuturist novel inspired by real-world economic struggles and the rise of artificial intelligence in modern finance.

The story follows David, a self-taught stock trading expert who uses his knowledge to teach Black women in Harlem how to achieve financial independence despite the systemic barriers imposed by Wall Street. Believing that access to financial knowledge is a form of power, David creates instructional YouTube videos—infused with classic R&B music—to make complex investing concepts engaging, relatable, and accessible.

Through his platform, ThePriceBandit.com, David empowers women to invest in AI stocks and position themselves for opportunity during the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a period of technological change that threatens to widen inequality—or redefine it for those prepared.

Love, Power, and Resistance

As David’s influence grows, he forms a May–December relationship with Onyx, a driven professional seeking stability, understanding, and connection beyond the expectations of her peers. Their relationship unfolds against the backdrop of rising visibility, personal sacrifice, and mounting pressure.

With David’s growing following, his work expands into a larger online trading platform, transforming the lives of women across the country who are struggling financially through no fault of their own.

But empowerment comes at a cost.

Wall Street Pushes Back

As David’s movement gains momentum, Wall Street moves to protect the status quo. Power, money, and control collide as love and tragedy intertwine, forcing David and his followers to confront the risks of challenging entrenched systems.

Though the story builds toward loss, it ultimately becomes one of resilience and legacy—a testament to the idea that economic independence should be a right, not a privilege.
